Prakhar is Vice President and Head of Business and Strategy Research at Fuld & Company. He has 15 years of experience in business & strategy research and the advisory space. At Fuld, Prakhar’s role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to come up with optimum solutions to client requirements, ensure smooth operation and help teams exceed clients’ expectations.
Prakhar holds strong expertise across a range of areas including market entry and opportunity assessment, M&A research, procurement intelligence, financial research, analytics and visualization space. He has also worked extensively on product/database development and maintenance, UI conceptualization, and has managed large teams across domains.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a Masters in Finance.
Prakhar is an ardent sports follower, likes running and is also a keen movie buff.
Charles is Senior Vice President of Consulting Research and Analytics at Fuld & Company. He has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on Private Equity. He is a trusted advisor to partners throughout North America, selling both pre-deal due diligence and consulting projects for portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Fuld, Charles co-founded Mount Vernon Strategies, a management consulting firm focused on pre-deal due diligence in the retail, restaurant, and CPG sectors. He grew the firm’s PE client base over a 10-year period before selling it to Technomic, a Chicago-based consulting and research firm.
Charles holds a master’s degree in international relations from Boston University and a bachelor’s in political science from Tufts.
Having grown up in Boston, Charles remains a loyal fan of the city’s sports teams. He is an avid follower of politics, which he also views as a sport. Charles has two kids, one in college and one a high school junior.
Alan identifies and approaches new clients and works with the Fuld & Company team to help manage the successful delivery of services to existing clients.
Alan is an experienced B2B consultative business development professional and deal closer. He helps clients meet their strategic objectives with innovative strategic & business research solutions across corporate strategy, sales & marketing, competitive intelligence and M&A functions in multiple industries.
Alan is a keen cook and dog walker, and enjoys trying to paint with watercolors in his spare time.
Mangesh is an accomplished technologist by training with decades of experience in leading technology firms in Silicon Valley. He has extensive experience in a wide diversity of roles ranging from Engineering to Product Management to Global Business Development and Marketing. Coupled with his keen interest in Financial Markets and various types of banking, he has also worked in Sales and Marketing for Research and Analytics Services firms. Mangesh is based in San Francisco and will be responsible for driving Fuld & Company’s growth in the region in a diverse range of sectors.
Mangesh holds a Bachelor’s degree, with Honours, in Technology from NIT at Tiruchirapalli, India, and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also holds a Certificate in Telecommunications & Networking Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
Shashank is Analytics and Data Science Lead at Fuld and has extensive experience in data analytics, visualization, machine learning, insights and storytelling.
Background & Experience
Shashank has previoulsy worked for research firms including Bain & Company and Grail Insight where he developed his skills and knowledge in insights generation, customization, testing, deployment and delivery of GTM products for clients within the TMT, Software and Industrials sectors.
He has also contributed to the development of machine-learning driven new IP aimed at expanding product use cases.
Rauf Mammadov is a Senior Energy Consultant at Fuld & Company with 15 years of experience. He has worked for both the private and public sectors. Before joining FULD, Mammadov held top administrative positions for the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR). He founded and managed the North America Office of SOCAR. Rauf also served as a fellow in think tanks and research organizations such as The Middle East Institute and The Jamestown Foundation; he contributed to sustainable energy projects overseen by the World Bank.
Rauf holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, where he concentrated on Energy, Resources, and the Environment. He received his BA from Baku State University. He also holds an MBA from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
Rauf loves to explore the history of wars, particularly, World War 1 and World War 2, playing soccer and more specifically everything about the English Premier League.
Shiv is the Director of Consulting Services at Fuld & Company and brings in over a decade of experience in management consulting. He specializes in the healthcare and life sciences industry and has worked with some of the world’s top pharma, biotech and medical device companies. His expertise is in delivering custom solutions for opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, forecasting, and benchmarking studies.
Shiv holds a bachelor’s degree in science, a post-graduate diploma in clinical research, and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Shiv loves to play golf and read in his free time.
Elaine Pratt is the Group Chief Marketing Officer for Phronesis Partners and Fuld & Company. Elaine works closely with the executive, sales and marketing teams to lead the marketing strategy and activities for both brands.
Elaine is a seasoned marketing leader with global experience in the professional services, consumer, and technology sectors.
Elaine has over 20 years of experience building and leading global marketing strategies and teams. Prior to joining Phronesis and Fuld, Elaine held various senior roles at KPMG, including Global Marketing Director for the Consumer & Retail practice. Elaine most recently worked as a freelance Marketing Strategist, serving several Fortune 500 companies, and at OpenText, where she built and led the Global Campaigns Team.
Elaine enjoys spending her spare time with family, or outside riding her kiteboard, snowboard or bike.
Michael Ratcliffe brings more than three decades of experience in the strategy and competitive intelligence and more than a decade of experience researching and analyzing multiple areas of global to his roles as practice leader.
His creative consulting approach includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative real-world research skills to help clients understand issues around competitive strategy. He has worked for a number of leading strategic consulting firms including McKinsey & Co, DRI-McGraw Hill, Stanford Research Institute Consulting and Wood Mackenzie.
He started his career working in the global energy and transportation markets pricing crude oil and helping plan global supply chains at British Petroleum. He then moved into shipping and became a leading tanker economist in the global shipping market and an Executive Director of Lloyd’s of London Press. When he moved to the U.S., he expanded into the technology sector, consulting to the major computer manufacturers and then into the healthcare market.
Over the years, he has delivered engagements across multiple global industries including energy, transportation, information technology and healthcare market. He is keenly interested in how the accumulation of innovation is causing the acceleration of disruption, a key theme in his latest book to be published before end 2020 – “Competitive Intelligence 2.0: Competing in a Digital World”.
This theme is a key driver of the healthcare market and he brings a deep understanding of the forces driving change to Fuld’s Health & Life Sciences practice. He has helped clients better understand their competitive environments whether in major hospital systems, specialized clinic markets, retail and specialty pharmacies, pharmaceutical and biotechnology products, diagnostics, delivery devices, pharmaceutical and biologic manufacturing, disease management, electronic medical record systems and health insurance markets.
He has managed projects focused on the U.S. healthcare market, as well as Europe, Latin America and China. He brings in-depth knowledge on the changing structure of the U.S. healthcare market through both federal and state legislation as well as a deep understanding of the key macro forces driving change across the healthcare market. He is frequently invited to deliver seminars at various universities.
Mike earned his MA and BA in Physics from Oxford University and studied economics at the London School of Economics.
Michele Sachar is Chief Operating Officer of Fuld & Company. She has 25 years’ experience in management consulting, strategic research and business intelligence, and operational analytics. A true partner, Michele works closely with her clients to identify their needs and to provide solutions to move their business forward.
Prior to joining Fuld, Michele was Vice President of Strategic Research and Insights at Grail Insights. At Grail, she advised global clients across a wide variety of industries including apparel, cosmetics, retail, FMCG, financial and professional services, industrials, and life sciences, among others. She has worked across practice areas and departments including strategy, insights, marketing, product, finance, and general management. Michele began her career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a strategy consultant in the field of Entertainment, Media and Communications, and has held positions at NBC and Lifetime Television.
Michele holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She received her BA with High Honors from Swarthmore College in Political Science, where she concentrated in International Relations and minored in History and French.
Michele enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and learning about other cultures, and the performing arts, including theater, music and dance.
Nilesh brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial research & analytics and consulting space. Prior to joining Fuld & Company, Nilesh was leading the sales and new business development efforts for the capital markets research business at a leading research firm. Before that, he spent over 12 years in various leadership roles delivering high quality research to bulge bracket banks, investment management firms and other Fortune 500 clients. At Fuld & Company, Nilesh is responsible for growing the Strategic and Financial Research business.
Nilesh holds an undergrad in Commerce with a major in Economics, He is also an MBA in Finance.
Nilesh is an avid cricket lover following the traditional format of the game (test cricket) whenever he can, especially when India, Australia and England are playing. He loves to read, travel and play squash. Nilesh likes spending time with his family and lives with his wife and two kids in Alpharetta, Georgia.
As Group CFO of Fuld & Company, Vivek is responsible for Strategic Planning, Policy Framing and Compliance, Investments, Finance, Treasury, Legal, M&A, and Investor Relations. He is also involved in helping to consistently deliver highest quality work-products on client engagements.
Vivek has 3 decades of rich experience, managing Finance, Treasury, Legal, Operations, Cross Border M&As, Investor Relations, and Venture and Bank Funding, in a varied spectrum across industries. He has worked in large Multinationals, Automobiles, IT, Wellness and Service industries. He also has experience of delivering growth to businesses, working with start-ups to help them grow and realize their value, and growing businesses through Funding and M&As. This includes helping two businesses achieve remunerative exits, and helping a third attain three-fold growth in three years via acquisitions.
Vivek has worked in multiple geographies and handled global responsibilities.
Amie is the Vice President of Client Success, responsible for business development across Europe. She is an accomplished commercial leader in the insights and analytics industry, bringing 20+ years of success and expertise in growing customer partnerships and setting them up for success. She is known for her consultative approach and her strengths lie in connecting with customers, deeply understanding and addressing their needs.
Amie has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands throughout Europe and the Middle East, leading the innovation of customized solutions that have shaped development roadmaps and become global implementations with her clients’ needs. Amie previously worked at Evalueserve, where she spent twenty years helping clients solve strategic challenges by leveraging insights and customized consulting services.
As a serial entrepreneur, Alok has over 33 years of experience investing, developing, and growing professional service organizations globally across multiple verticals such as Consulting, Analytics, Market Research, and Technology.
Alok’s expertise lies in developing innovative and differentiated offerings, building world-class management teams, creating global delivery systems, and growing client relationships to ensure continuous innovation and growth for Fuld and its clients. One of the firms he co-founded and led found a home within a Fortune 1000 global corporation.
He is passionate about working alongside clients to understand their business problems and provide consultation, strategy, and delivery support to help them compete with an advantage in the marketplace, expand their reach on the global stage, and assist them in becoming a future-ready organization through the use of research, expertise, technology, and analytics.
He unlearns and learns every day through his interaction with Fuld’s teams globally and as a father of two grown-up kids, one in technology and one in the VC space. These learnings broaden his horizons and keep him motivated. In addition, as the Chairman of the Board, he works closely with the Fuld management team to support them for strategic directions, leadership development, and growth initiatives.
Binayak Choudhury is a Director on the Board of Fuld & company. He works very closely with the sales team and provides strategic advice to the Fuld management team. He is also a partner at Phronesis Partners, our group company.
Binayak has advised global clients across various industries and a range of business issues. His expertise is in designing research methodologies which generate actionable intelligence. Some of his past work includes advising a fashion publication to launch a new B2B line, supporting a cutting-edge tech-based change management company with building a system to track customer journeys effectively, and working with a global asset manager to understand underlying investment behaviour of HNWIs and institutional investors.
Binayak has over 15 years of experience in the research and advisory industry with a track record of building new products and services, and launching and managing new brands. He is a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest research, professional services, and publications brands. He is also a partner at Phronesis Partners, our group company, where he oversees sales and marketing. His experience includes setting up and overseeing a new service line for one of the divisions of Moody’s (currently known as Acuity Knowledge Partners).

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has a strong capability in optimizing high-ROI projects (including Thought Leadership, Marketing Opportunity Sizing and Competitive Intelligence/Benchmarking) for top-notch brands. At Fuld Richard is instrumental in helping clients drive revenue growth and project success. Leveraging his previous experiences as a VP of Worldwide Consulting (IDC), Senior Analyst (Forrester Research) and Head of Consulting (TBR), Richard now works closely with clients in optimizing research design as well as ensuring research best practices are embedded across our engagements.

Brad Thompson is an Advisory Board Member for Fuld & Company. Brad is a results-oriented leader with over twenty years of experience building franchise and brand strategies in the vaccines and pharmaceutical industry.
Brad is a well-known commercial leader and influencer in infectious diseases, immunology, and vaccines. Brad’s career has spanned global brand leader, Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Leader, Product Management, and Competitive Intelligence.
During his tenure at top pharmaceutical firms including Pfizer and Merck, Brad was an integral part of the commercial introduction of blockbuster brands. He played a critical role in the commercial development, launch strategy, and tactical execution of key assets for Wyeth/Pfizer (Prevnar (Pediatric) and Prevnar 13 (Adult) vaccines), Merck (Vaxneuvance and Vaxelis) and Protein Sciences (Flublok).
Brad holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
