Lydia Gay is Principal and Head of Fuld's Global Human Resources. Starting her career in Ireland, Lydia is an accomplished talent acquisition manager and multinational HR Business Partner with over 15 years of US based experience across professional services, management consulting and financial services sectors. She brings a depth of knowledge and breadth of US and European HR expertise to the management team.
Lydia's areas of expertise include executive coaching, HR strategy implementation aligned to corporate goals, and staff development. Lydia excels at designing and implementing programs to improve efficiencies and engage talent. Her hands-on involvement in all the functional areas of HR - with particular strength in talent acquisition, talent development, leadership coaching and employee relations – stems from extensive experience working as part of global organizations with complex structures. Drawing on her success supporting organizations through internal and external challenges including restructuring and accelerated growth, Lydia has played an important role in the evolution of Fuld over the last 5 years.
