Ankita Dutta
Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences
Ankita Dutta is a Manager in Fuld’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, where she leads healthcare investment research and supports strategic initiatives across M&A, market analysis, and investment prioritization. She brings deep expertise in healthcare deal valuation, due diligence, and competitive intelligence, helping clients translate complex clinical and scientific insights into actionable strategies.
Ankita works closely with biopharma and healthcare services organizations to inform deal-making, guide licensing versus M&A decisions, and support the creation and funding of new companies. Her research-driven approach enables clients to evaluate opportunities with confidence, prioritize investments, and drive long-term strategic growth.
Ankita holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the National Institute of Immunology in India and an MSc in Neurobiology from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, gardening, exploring new cultures, and macro photography.
Vinit Gala
Director - Financial, Equity & Deal Research
Vinit Gala is a Director at Fuld, where he leads the Financial, Equity & Deal Research division. With deep experience across the transaction lifecycle and investment research, Vinit partners with clients to identify strategic opportunities, deliver rigorous analysis, and enable faster, more confident execution across the deal value chain.
He works closely with investment banks, private equity firms, credit investors, and corporate finance teams, supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A through target identification, valuation, and the development of deal collateral. His experience also spans private equity and credit engagements, including fundraising support, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring, as well as corporate finance and strategy initiatives such as financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and scenario analysis to support performance management and decision-making.
Vinit holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University. Outside of work, he is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys racquet sports such as pickleball and badminton, and closely follows football, cricket, Formula 1, and mixed martial arts.

Ishita Chugh is Vice President and Head of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Vertical at Fuld, where she leads strategic research and consulting initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. With more than 18 years of experience in strategic research, competitive intelligence, and healthcare consulting, Ishita helps organizations strengthen competitive positioning, identify growth opportunities, and make confident, evidence-based decisions.
She brings deep expertise in healthcare strategy and life sciences analytics, translating complex market dynamics into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
Ishita holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
Outside of work, she enjoys creative storytelling and exploring content-driven ideas that often spark fresh perspectives in her consulting approach.
