Michele Sachar is Fuld’s Chief Strategy & Insights Officer, bringing 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, business intelligence, and operational analytics. She works across client functions—from strategy and insight to product, finance, and marketing—building programs that drive clarity and business impact.
Previously, Michele was Vice President of Strategic Research & Insights at Grail Insights and began her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers before holding positions at NBC and Lifetime Television.
Michele holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Swarthmore College, graduating with High Honors.
She enjoys travel, the performing arts, and exploring global cultures.
Zahir Abbas
Director
Zahir Abbas is a Director at Fuld, leading new business development and key account growth across the US market.
With deep experience in professional services, he helps clients make high-impact strategic and tactical decisions through contextual, data-driven research and market intelligence. His work spans competitive insight generation, technology, insurance, and manufacturing sectors, with a particular interest in AI-enabled research and analytics.
Zahir holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India, and outside work he is a passionate photographer whose work has been featured across media.
Binayak Choudhury
Board Member
Binayak Choudhury serves as a Board Member of Fuld, where he works closely with leadership on commercial strategy. He is also a Partner at Fuld’s group company Phronesis Partners, where he oversees sales and marketing.
With more than 15 years of experience across research, advisory, and product development, Binayak has helped global brands launch new offerings, build intelligence programs, and understand customer behavior. His experience spans media, technology-enabled change management, and asset management.
He enjoys current affairs, nonfiction literature, theater, debate, and global travel.

Alok Tayal is Managing Partner and Board Member at Fuld. With more than three decades of experience founding, scaling, and investing in global professional services firms, he specializes in building differentiated offerings, strengthening leadership teams, and enabling high-performing global delivery environments.
Alok partners closely with clients to address complex business problems and accelerate growth using analytics, technology, and research-driven strategy. He also supports the firm’s leadership in strategic planning, capability development, and future-ready innovation.
Alok continues to broaden his perspective through daily learning, shaped by his global teams and two grown children working in technology and venture capital.
