Alok partners closely with clients to address complex business problems and accelerate growth using analytics, technology, and research-driven strategy. He also supports the firm’s leadership in strategic planning, capability development, and future-ready innovation.

Alok continues to broaden his perspective through daily learning, shaped by his global teams and two grown children working in technology and venture capital.

Anurag Kapoor

Chief Analytics & AI Officer

Anurag Kapoor leads Fuld’s global Analytics & AI practice, bringing more than 20 years of experience in data science, AI innovation, and digital transformation. He has built and scaled analytics organizations across the US, Europe, and Asia, helping Fortune 500 companies unlock growth in Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Gaming, Shipping, and Life Sciences

His work brings together Fuld’s competitive intelligence heritage with advanced analytics and GenAI technologies to deliver clear, measurable business impact.

Anurag holds degrees from the London School of Economics, University of London, and the University of Nottingham.

Beyond work, he is an avid filmmaker and actor with a deep interest in astrophysics.

Binayak Choudhury

Board Member

Binayak Choudhury serves as a Board Member of Fuld, where he works closely with leadership on commercial strategy. He is also a Partner at Fuld’s group company Phronesis Partners, where he oversees sales and marketing.

With more than 15 years of experience across research, advisory, and product development, Binayak has helped global brands launch new offerings, build intelligence programs, and understand customer behavior. His experience spans media, technology-enabled change management, and asset management.

He enjoys current affairs, nonfiction literature, theater, debate, and global travel.

Brad Thompson

Advisory Board Member

Brad is an Advisory Board Member at Fuld and a senior commercial leader in vaccines and pharmaceuticals, with more than 20 years of experience shaping brand and franchise strategy.

His career spans roles in global brand leadership, commercial operations, competitive intelligence, and product management at industry leaders including Pfizer, Merck, and Protein Sciences. Brad contributed to the commercial success of major vaccine brands such as Prevnar, Prevnar 13, Vaxneuvance, Vaxelis, and Flublok.

Brad holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Elaine Pratt

Group Chief Marketing Officer

Elaine Pratt is Group Chief Marketing Officer for Fuld and Phronesis Partners, leading global brand strategy and marketing operations across both organizations.

With more than 25 years of experience, Elaine has held leadership roles in professional services, technology, and consumer sectors. She previously served as Global Marketing Director for KPMG’s Consumer & Retail practice, built and led a Global Campaigns team at OpenText, and advised Fortune 500 clients as an independent marketing and research strategist.

Outside work, Elaine can be found kiteboarding, cycling, snowboarding, or spending time with family.

Gaurav Chadha

Senior Vice President - Research & Advisory

Gaurav Chadha is Senior Vice President, Research & Advisory at Fuld, where he combines client-partnering business development leadership with oversight of research delivery teams to help organizations gain decision advantage. He works closely with senior client stakeholders to identify priorities, shape insight-led solutions, and deliver high-value competitive intelligence, procurement, and thought leadership engagements, while maintaining rigor and excellence in execution.

With nearly 22 years of experience spanning research solution design, business strategy, sales enablement, and strategic operations, Gaurav helps clients translate insight into action and measurable business outcomes. In his role, he owns sales targets, drives new business development and account expansion, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver forward-looking intelligence that supports confident decision-making and sustainable growth.

Gaurav holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Computer Science. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast and traveler, with a strong interest in exploring the business impact of emerging AI technologies.

Ishita Chugh

Ishita Chugh is Vice President and Head of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Vertical at Fuld, where she leads strategic research and consulting initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. With more than 18 years of experience in strategic research, competitive intelligence, and healthcare consulting, Ishita helps organizations strengthen competitive positioning, identify growth opportunities, and make confident, evidence-based decisions.

She brings deep expertise in healthcare strategy and life sciences analytics, translating complex market dynamics into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

Ishita holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Michael Ratcliffe

Michael Ratcliffe is Chief Knowledge Officer at Fuld and brings more than 30 years of experience in strategy, competitive intelligence, and global market analysis.

His career spans leadership roles with McKinsey & Company, DRI-McGraw Hill, SRI Consulting, and Wood Mackenzie. Michael began his career at BP, moving into shipping economics before expanding into technology and eventually healthcare markets.

He has led strategic engagements across energy, healthcare, IT, transportation, and pharmaceuticals, with deep expertise in innovation-driven market disruption. His book, Competitive Intelligence 2.0: Competing in a Digital World, reflects this focus.

Michael holds MA and BA degrees in Physics from Oxford University and studied economics at the London School of Economics.

Michele Sachar

Michele Sachar is Fuld’s Chief Strategy & Insights Officer, bringing 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, business intelligence, and operational analytics. She works across client functions—from strategy and insight to product, finance, and marketing—building programs that drive clarity and business impact.

Previously, Michele was Vice President of Strategic Research & Insights at Grail Insights and began her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers before holding positions at NBC and Lifetime Television.

Michele holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Swarthmore College, graduating with High Honors.

She enjoys travel, the performing arts, and exploring global cultures.

Nilesh Sharma

Prakhar Baghmar leads Fuld’s Research & Consulting operations in India, bringing more than 15 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy research, M&A analysis, procurement intelligence, and financial research.

He has led large multi-disciplinary teams and delivered projects spanning opportunity assessment, analytics, and product development, including UI conceptualization and database design.

Prakhar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Finance.

Shashank Kulshrestha

Vice President - AI & Analytics

Shashank Kulshrestha is VP of AI & Analytics at Fuld, where he leads the delivery of advanced analytics, GenAI, and automation solutions that help clients build scalable data foundations and deploy agentic intelligence systems.

He brings deep experience across enterprise AI architecture, LLM and RAG engineering, machine learning, and data-driven strategy, enabling organizations to transform research, analytics, decision-making, and operations with production-ready AI products. His work spans the full spectrum of modern data and AI capabilities, including data integration, cloud-native engineering, metadata and lineage management, responsible AI design, and end-to-end product lifecycle development.

Shashank has supported clients across retail, CPG, supply chain, marketing, finance, and competitive intelligence, helping them optimize performance and accelerate innovation through actionable insights and automation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (University of Delhi) and an Executive Certification in Advanced Data Science from IIM Calcutta.

Shiv Nayyar is Vice President of Consulting Services at Fuld, bringing more than 10 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences consulting.

He specializes in opportunity assessments, customer segmentation, forecasting, benchmarking, and go-to-market strategy.

Shiv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Research, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Vivek Sharma is Group CFO at Fuld, overseeing strategy, policy, finance, treasury, M&A, investor relations, and compliance.

With three decades of cross-industry leadership experience, Vivek has supported rapid scale-up environments, structured venture and bank funding, and led major M&A growth programs—including two successful exits and a three-fold expansion of a business within three years.

He has held global roles across technology, automotive, wellness, and services industries.
