Fuld + Company Announces New, Senior Hire for Energy Practice

Keith McWhorter, MBA, Brings Strong Domain Knowledge, Strategy, Analysis and Research Capabilities to the Firm

July 11, 2019—Fuld + Company, a global competitive strategy consultancy, today announced the recent appointment of Keith McWhorter as a Director, to oversee the firm’s robust energy consulting practice. In this capacity, McWhorter will be responsible for practice area growth, managing client relationships and deliverables, focusing on custom research and analysis projects, and overseeing a team of consultants.

McWhorter, who has nearly a decade of experience in the energy sector, joins Fuld + Company from global information provider, IHS Markit. Over the past 7 years, McWhorter advanced in roles and responsibility at IHS Markit, and most recently served as Principal Research Analyst for its North American Natural Gas service. In this role, he conducted regional analysis in the US and Canada, forecasted natural gas prices, conducted market and production analysis, and evaluated infrastructure needs for bringing gas to new markets.  During his tenure at IHS Market, he worked with the power, gas, coal and renewables commercial strategy team to help develop commercial analytics tools.

Prior to IHS Market, McWhorter acted as a consultant and spearheaded several market research projects and financial modeling projects for various companies; with a special focus on solar energy.

Keith McWhorter, a resident of Milton, Mass. earned his MBA from Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin School of Business and his bachelor’s degree from Williams College. Keith’s hiring announcement comes on the heels of Fuld + Company’s recent appointment of Senior Consultant, Tom Carugati, whose graduate work focused on the energy transition will deliver significant value in Fuld’s growing energy practice.
