Cardinal Intelligence Rule

"Wherever money is exchanged, so is information" is the rule or principle that describes how and why information on any business becomes available to the public at large. The rule, restated, identifies the fact that each time a company conducts business it also transfers information. See Chapter 1 of The New Competitor Intelligence.
