Our client, a venture backed Software Company that provides customer information systems and transaction processing solutions to utility and retail energy service providers, was asked by a top tier power marketer, to custom develop a physical trade scheduling system.

Fuld & Company Approach
Fuld & Company was hired to evaluate the market potential for a physical trade scheduling tool and to assess the capabilities of existing tools in use by other top tier trading operations. To determine the market viability, Fuld & Company discussed the proposed product, its features and functions, as well as the functionality of competing tools with the Head of Scheduling and the VP of Trading at several of the top twenty power marketers.
