Client Situation
Mergers and acquisitions are an every day occurrence in the technology field. Our client, an international technology firm, read that the acquisition agreement of a struggling software organization with expertise in a narrow, but growing area, with a larger B2B firm had been cancelled. Our client immediately requested a review of this company to determine if it was a suitable candidate for its own portfolio.

Fuld & Company researched both the target and its former suitor, asking about the financial results and plans by product segment, but also an analysis of why the acquisition had failed.
