Fuld Approach
One client, faced with this issue, engaged Fuld & Company to research
the best practices of an industry leader. Using information solely from
the company's web site, we examined the target's web based paradigm.
Benefits and Implications
We discovered that the company released product and marketing information
first - and in some cases only -- on the web. Channel partners had secure,
dedicated pages that allowed for quick and accurate order placement and
