Client Situation
The technology arena is changing so fast that companies have to constantly
monitor their environment for emerging competitors and alliances that
can strengthen existing competitors. Our client, a leader in the computer
telephony integration market, set very aggressive growth goals which could
only be achieved with an expanded partners programs. But the client did
not know which companies were serious about the CTI market, which companies
would view the client as a threat, and which would welcome a partnership
arrangement.
