Client Situation
Avionics companies are faced with numerous changing regulations. Among
the regulatory changes impacting the industry are rules that allow pilots
more freedom to choose their own routes. This one change impacts not only
the design of instrumentation, but also the way avionics companies approach

timeline analysis that the competitor had been working toward total solutions
for a long time. Our client had not paid enough attention to the various
partnerships and alliances that had taken place and what the overall strategy

steps of the target and estimate the future steps so that our client could
take action to compete in this dynamic market. Manufacturing studies are
