Arjan Singh is Vice President of Fuld & Company’s Consulting Practice. He has over a decade of experience as a CI practitioner in both Intelligence Process Consulting and in providing actionable research reports to clients.
In his Consulting assignments he has created world-class CI processes
for numerous Fortune 500 companies in relatively short periods of time.
He brings valuable cross industry experience to his consulting assignments.
Some of the assignments have included:
- Being an outsourced CI manager for a fortune 500 client
- Providing
mentoring and direction to CI directors and managers
- Conducting CI
audits (assessing the gap between the need and capabilities of the
CI department)
- Developing the strategy for CI departments
- CI workflow and process
definition
- Creating methodologies and workflow support documents for
analysis creations
- Developing internal communications strategies for
CI
- Quarterbacking intelligence efforts at trade shows
- Pilot projects
to test and embed CI systems and processes

He also has years of experience in delivering clients with actionable
research reports in various industries including pharmaceuticals, biotech,
information technology, consumer goods, telecommunications and oil and
gas. These studies have been for acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence,
marketing/pricing/launch strategies, new product plans, sales & distribution
structure, personnel/corporate organization structure, manufacturing
operations and benchmarking of competitive activity.
Mr Singh has also worked for the World Trade Organisation, in the accessions
department and has also worked for International Trade Center, a joint
venture between the WTO and the UN where he headed up a project formulating
innovative financing options for third world farming communities.
Mr. Singh studied for an MBA from the European University, Geneva,
Switzerland with a concentration in International Management. His undergraduate
degree from Delhi University was a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Mr
Singh is widely traveled and speaks four languages. He is a member of
SCIP and the Strategic Planning Society (UK).
